• Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Area President.• Prepare and revise Subcontract Agreements.• Ensure subcontractors are in compliance with all State licensing requirements.• Coordinate and schedule meetings.• Type correspondence.• Process Subcontractor Change Orders electronically.• Conduct special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager and Area President.• Support Project Executives on an as needed basis.• Support the Estimating Department as needed on preparing prequalification proposals, compiling and maintaining bidder qualification information.• Coordinate and schedule training meetings for field personnel.• Provide assistance with miscellaneous personnel issues.• Provide additional administrative support for off-site projects.• Supervision of office administration staff.• Procurement of office supplies.• Maintain project files.• Maintain offsite archive files.• Plan and coordinate team-building activities.Ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

•Prepare necessary quantity takeoffs & budgets (preliminary cost estimates, revisions, etc.) during land acquisition, site investigation and bidding phases for Business Unit Presidents, Community Managers or Vice President of Construction & Land Acquisition Associates.• Develop & maintain relationships with the community management teams and field associates to facilitate the collection of best construction practices & methods.• Coordinate all public & private utility companies during the planning & construction phases of assigned communities.• Provide input to building schedule, relative to infrastructure development.• Monitor change orders & design problems & consult with architects, engineers, contractors, etc., as required to meet standards & evaluate alternative methods when appropriate.• Ensure that the community is built consistent with engineering drawings & construction specifications.
