As an impact entrepreneur and advocate for sustainability, my journey as a female founder has been both rewarding and challenging. I launched my first startup, Frank about tea, with the mission to make the world’s most consumed beverage, tea, more fair for farmers. Along the way, I found myself leaning too heavily into the masculine energy common in startup hustle culture. I had lost touch with my authentic, creative spirit that initially fueled my business, leading to burnout.
