Led team to manage flavor development for 300+ projects per year. Directed team overseeing QA for 150 new flavors/ingredients per year and quality control for $5M flavor raw materials across 11 manufacturing locations globally. Drove team to develop vendor management strategy enabling multidisciplined feedback, targeted R&D investments, and greater hit rates. Served as key R&D liaison with Pepsico flavor and ingredient manufacturing organization globally.
