In final summer, was promoted as sole student hired to assist with all financial aspects of Stanford Summer Conference Services. Responsibilities included training staff in Stanford University financial protocol, auditing daily transactions, and creating and implementing new best practices.Responsibilities included managing all aspects of the Florence Moore Housing Front Desk, which housed several thousand conferees over the course of the summer. Interviewed and hired a staff of ten student workers, trained and coordinated schedules for the staff, and coordinated with conference directors on everything from check-in and check-out procedures to space reservations.
