Fun facts about me:When I was 9 years old, after a family tragedy I made a decision that I’ll always be self- independent, in any circumstances.At 18, I left the house, went to college, feeling so liberated. At 22, I thought being an English teacher was so boring, so I joined a startup in a new city for international business just so that I could speak English in the real world. At 24, on the way to New Zealand, I stopped by Shanghai for the first time, I felt the strong calling, “this is my city!” So I came two months later with a luggage case and 5000RMB. Guess what, I spent my best 10 years in this amazing city and still love it. At 25, I attended a psychological course called NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). I was enlightened about how human mind works. All of sudden, communication is easy, sales is easy. At 27, I quit my comfortable corporate job to spend months in an India ashram to find my true self. I came home as a vegetarian and turned my experiences into a business. I travelled deeply in India in the next 5 years, had my wildest experiences there and made money along the way. At 32, I decided to move to the United States just to experience the best country in the world, the freedom, the democracy. I came with my business, and lucky enough, I met my Mr. Right in San Francisco Bay Area and been staying here ever since. This is the place I call home now. (I need to change the format here, I sound too old already) To make the best out of being in the heart of Silicon Valley, in recent years, I’ve been actively involved in the tech and innovation world, learned a bunch about startups and venture funds, in cutting - edge tech spaces of AI, blockchain, crypto, NFTs, etc. My point is, what drives you is always your passion. What leads you is where you truly want to be. And you are solely responsible for what’s happening in your life. And what’s happening externally is merely the manifestation of your inner world.
