Worked on Village’s Global Warming Plan and implementing strategies including the New York State Sea Level Rise Task Force. Worked on economic development and historic preservation strategies and projects for the Village.
Development of watershed management plans and local water quality model ordinance standards and recommendations. Conducted reviews of local ordinances, stormwater and erosion and sediment control site plans, remediation plans at Westchester County Airport, and other scientific reports. Performed database development, GIS data analysis and manipulation, pollutant loading calculations, and site assessments. Report, grant, and request for proposal writing. Assisted in project management of stormwater, stream, and wetland restoration sites.
Assisted in the production of environmental reports and documents, permits and proposals; preformed data analysis and database development, and conducted environmental field work. Contributed in the writing and development of Non-Point Source Management Manual for the MADEP, pollutant loading models, delineation of watersheds, and edited EPA/ASCE’s BMP monitoring protocols guidance document. Projects included development of a standards, chemical and boring log database and front end, isotope and geochemical scientific litigation advisor, development of sampling and analysis plans, health and safety plans, emergency response protocols, education and outreach plans and insurance reviews.
