My career has taken me many places, but my work has always been and MUST continue to be anti-racist, people-centered, and community-focused.From domestic violence advocacy to workforce development coaching to food justice program coordination to theatre direction and administration, I have dedicated my work to the betterment of society, both on the frontlines and behind the scenes. Everyday, I bring my knowledge of trauma and motivational interviewing-- as well as my experience with activism and the LGBTQ+ community-- to my work. Also an established leader, I pride myself on my ability to create organized and effective standard operating procedures for my team.
