I started as an International tax advisor in the compliance tax department of PwC Luxembourg in 1999, working for a large range of international groups.I am specialised in the Luxembourg direct tax compliance aspects for Alternative companies, including also coordination other service providers from Luxembourg or other countries. I had the opportunity to develop specific experience on several types of Luxembourg companies such as Real Estate companies, Financing companies and tax transparent entities.Providing such services provided me a significant experience and understanding of the specific tax compliance issues arising from the Alternative sector. Since 2019, I am Managing Director of the Alternative direct tax compliance practice of PwC Luxembourg. I am managing the Luxembourg direct obligations of major part of big Luxembourg players acting in the Alternative sector. I am also HR team leader of the department, involved in recruitment process, people management, estimation of resources needs, worload management and performance analysis of the group.I am also member of the technical team of the department in charge of transposition and application of new product/law/circular in the tax returns, organisation of technical training to the team and transmission of the kwowledge to future generation. I am also involved in digital and automation projects.
