You definitely understand what I mean. My job is to search and learn your current business processes to see if there are better ways to do what you do with applications or programs out there. Believe me… these days there are apps and softwares for just about anything. We will find what work best for you. In parallel, I help small business owners to set up online or refresh their online presence : review/create a strong brand all across, get a website that display what your customer really need (and that's it !), check that you are using social networks at your best advantage.
