• Graphic design layout of dimensional print projects from concept to print production.• Analyze and enhance both internal and customer provided artwork files before prototype.• Coordinate workflow and scheduling all jobs through the design department working with customer service, sales and production.• Collaborate with design, print, die cutting and production team to identify and address quality issues, providing insight and recommendations for process improvements.• Develop and implement design production and technical procedures within the department and with production to optimize the process.• Provide training and guidance to design staff on quality control for best practices, ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards.• Assist designers and proofreaders with any troubleshooting, research, assistance needed to get their projects out in a timely matter.• Promote problem solving with a focus on continuous improvement both personal growth and product quality.• Research and implement software and production flows that can improve efficiency and quality within the design and prepress department.
