My staffing career began 19 years ago in Seattle where I started as a Commercial Recruiter; filling orders and dialing for dollars! I left staffing for a short period, (thought I was over it) and worked as a Director for a 3PL. Although I really enjoyed it I returned to staffing a year later. I realized I love being the champion for our workforce and helping to bridge the gap with the misconceptions between our talent and customers. Helping our customers understand “what’s next” in our workforce and ditching the script to build an organization that attracts Top Talent.I love solving problems. Throughout my career I have been driven by my curiosity to find answers to the most pressing questions. Whether it is how to make chocolate chip cookies that are healthy (haven’t found the answer yet) or what motivates our Millennial and rising IGenerations. With that I have been able to identify gaps and pain points and create opportunities for our workforce and solutions for our customers. I am passionate about networking within our communities, brand awareness, preparing our high school and college students for future careers, and championing Diversity & Inclusion within the workforce.
