Key member of the Business Intelligence Data Analytics team accountable for the delivery of a single data model for four companies to allow data scientists to improve the quality of company operations through the implementation of process improvements. Provide the data from mission critical systems for senior leadership to understand the financial and strategic operational impacts. Emphasis on the use of data analytics, statistical modeling and business intelligence to drive decision making in support of revenue management and assurance initiatives. ✓ Provide a flexible data model to house all data from four different companies under the Exelon umbrella (Comed, Peco, BGE, PHI) and all of their source systems (customer service, asset management, geographical information, power management, smart grid, etc.) that will be used by internal data scientists and/or data analytics vendors such as GE/ITRON. ✓ Work with business analyst to gather relevant data requirements/use cases to perform analytics on.✓ Collaborate with technical leads/database administrators to understand where to find data in their respective source system.✓ Design a logical model and physical model of the Exelon data model using enterprise architect.✓ Create mapping documentation to map each data entity from the source system into the Exelon data model.✓ Develop a data dictionary using Alation for the Exelon data model.✓ Formulate entity load design documents on how to load data into the data model for each source system to Exelon data model.✓ Design schemas based on the Exelon data model to be provided to the data analytic vendors✓ Create project work plan for the data modeling team in VSTS that coordinates with overall project plan as well as the software integrator team. ✓ Utilize Agile approach and work plan includes the Agile process of creating epics/features and stories.

Work as a key team member on several concurrent software and process improvement projects in support of corporate initiatives to ensure quality and efficiency clients. Areas of accountability encompass workflow analysis, gathering system requirements, budgets and estimates, risk assessments, project planning and management, report analysis and development, evaluating business requirements, reviewing test plans and cases, training, and ongoing support for clients and their end users. Manage, mentor and evaluate a staff of consultants including offshore resources.✓ Implemented a work management system to eliminate manual work that was still being done by users to manually enter data into the customer service system. Instead of enhancing the report, I recommended we consolidate it into an easy to use work management process that would pull data need directly into the customer service. Defined requirements, designed the project, and oversaw development, testing, implementation, user training and documentation. Gathered requirements, designed, developed, tested and provided post-production support of the PECO Gas Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project.✓ Provided service order architect support to customer service system enhancements including requirement reviews, design reviews and product test result reviews.✓ Implemented the remote disconnect/connect system for electric meters; a million dollar equipment automation project that crossed multiple platforms and required working with multiple vendors and consultant firms to complete. This modernized the gas reading system saving 40% in labor costs.

Part of fast track, rapid development team to support the Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) implementation project working directly with vendors from the metering side and the customer support team to streamline fixes into the system quickly.
