Full cycle recruitment for manufacturing and light industrial. I have been recruiting for a fortune 150 company. I source my candidates through CareerBuilder, Ziprecruiter, Indeed and Facebook. I help with the onboarding and orientation for the candidates and send them start details for each client. I do check in’s with employees and help retain them. I also do market research to find my own clients and do drop ins to introduce our company. In this role, I hire temp to hire and direct hire roles.

In this position, I oversee about 100 different employees in a warehouse environment. I handle and deescalate situations in a human resources setting. I am responsible for employees' timekeeping through our Cloud timekeeping system. I handle payroll for multiple locations through Fieldglass, Cloud Timekeeping, Paper Time Cards. I use a billing agent Fieldglass (SAP) to bill our client. I manage and send out reports daily using excel. I utilize Indeed, Career Builder, Zip Recruiter and Facebook to drive candidates to start in their positions. I do full-cycle recruiting through this position in the tough market we are in. I create incentives to drive attendance and performance. I handle difficult conversations with my employees. I deal with the terminations and help assist the terminated employees find new assignments through the agency. I record keep and also spend hours a day spending time with my employees and the managers of the clients I sit on-site with. I create presentations to relay results to the client. I hold hiring events and promote them by building advertisements on Facebook.

My job requires knowledge of business in regards to social media. Most of our demographic for our app is through social media. As a woman and college student, I use my knowledge to help keep people my age or older safe when going out and think of different ways to make the app more user friendly.

I am a therapist to help children with autism that may be non verbal get the education and help that they need. Not only do I care for the children, I make strategy plans for the parents as well to see what they could work on with their child.
