Full cycle recruitment for manufacturing and light industrial. I have been recruiting for a fortune 150 company. I source my candidates through CareerBuilder, Ziprecruiter, Indeed and Facebook. I help with the onboarding and orientation for the candidates and send them start details for each client. I do check in’s with employees and help retain them. I also do market research to find my own clients and do drop ins to introduce our company. In this role, I hire temp to hire and direct hire roles.

I record keep and also spend hours a day spending time with my employees and the managers of the clients I sit on-site with. I create presentations to relay results to the client. I hold hiring events and promote them by building advertisements on Facebook.
