• Facilitated activities, educated children aged three to seventeen in KidZania to the many facets of jobs in the world today and evoked their interest in jobs that they could do in the future.
• Maintained a cheerful and lively disposition to engage children in KidZania, especially those that were restless and quiet, probably due to long waiting times as there were over 1000 visitors in the park frequently.

• Contributed to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of Singtel Music and ensured that users could complete their purchase and stream music data-free smoothly.
• Assisted the product developers in testing music applications such as AMPed and Spotify. Ensured that these applications were bug free and user-friendly, and also provided feedback on how to improve user experience.
• Assisted the marketing department in promoting Singtel Music by giving out flyers. Assisted them in signing up for Singtel Music on the spot and answered any queries they had about the service.
• Assisted in the launch of Singtel Music at One Altitude and evoked interest for Singtel Music in the guests.
