Customer services needs such as making room service orders, dinner reservations, guest complaints, guest personal needs request, bell desk delivery, i.e. luggage, laundry, packages, etc.. Information about the property, transfer calls to requested department for guest and employees, intercom pages, etc..-Sign new members up with our players card and show guest how to get our new member free play, help with kiosk machines to put in drawings, help with drawing days and write winners and the amount they won down so they receive their free play, give info with valid ID on accounts for members, during promotions help guest calculate points for gifts, paperwork for guest to earn tier credits for every one dollar they spent in our hotel-Sell tickets for upcoming shows, set up complimentary tickets, answer calls for guest to order tickets over the phone, stand at front counter for guest to purchase tickets in person, organize paperwork in alphabetical order to pull guest information easier on show days, make sure phone/standing area is clean
