The company was established in the city of Kiev, USSR, the Republic of Ukraine. The company’s creator and holder of 99% shares is Ivanov Valeriy. Valeriy Ivanov is the owner of the Impulse Storm technology. During 1991 to 1992 at the company’s own expense 23 Impulse Storm tanks were constructed, which are currently functioning in Ukraine, Russia, and Yemen. In the result of liquidation of the USSR, in 1992 the company was re-registered in the state of Ukraine. During 1992 to 2003 numerous tests and updates of the Impulse Storm technology were performed. A super-light impulse fire extinguishing installation was created for the Ministry of Defense of Egypt and tested on the proving grounds of the Ministry near Cairo. In 1997, via a state military and export company of Ukraine supplies of seven impulse tanks to Yemen were performed.In 2003, due to instable political situation in Ukraine New Impulse Technologies was re-registered in the city of Moscow, the Russian Federation. The company currently exists, the director and holder of 99% shares is still Valeriy Ivanov. In 2004 году the company constructed and sold to the Russian company Taymyrgaz two impulse tanks, which are capable of extinguishing fire at an ambient temperature of minus 56 degrees. The tanks and technology have been tested and certified by the Ministry of Emergency situations of Russia. In 2005, the company constructed a special system UIS-48S.
