- Managing Compliance & Payment Solutions department of three teams: compliance, billing support, and risk management- Implementing payment solutions designed for particular business needs- Daily consulting of project teams: monitoring metrics (effective processing cost, passability, fraud %, chargebacks), performing different case analyses- Dealing with complex payment-related issues from various fields- Establishing a relationship with partners - Overseeing and assisting the Compliance team with building Information Security processes, creation of internal policies

- Draft and review of internal polices and contracts with merchants and TPSP;- Legal support with Data protection and AML/CTF legislation compliance;- Assistance with opening safeguarding and operational accounts;- Corporate and tax structuring of business and company's deals;- Participation in developing legal guidelines, policies, and internal corporate standards.

- Managing the application for the Payment Institution license in the EU Member State;- Building client onboarding, KYC and AML processes;- Payment Schemes compliance (both from Merchant's and Acquirer's prospective); - Legal support of the provision of payment gateway services with a focus on the EU, USA, CIS and some African countries;- Corporate governance and specific tax issues;- Building legal department from scratch.

Working for the Internal payment gateway:- Ensure all aspects of Customer Due Diligence and customer monitoring- Monitor customer business relationships- Review procedures- Analyse and investigate merchant business cases- Ensuring merchants compliance with Visa / MC rules- Execute ad-hoc tasks related to compliance matter

• Supervision of all the activities of the organisation;• Control and ensure the implementation of the organisations’ development strategy;• Supervision of the annual events’ plan creation and approval;• Representation of the organisation on National and International levels;• Interaction with international bodies of EYP;• Approval and advice on new initiatives of members;• Establishment and maintenance partner relations with NGOs, private companies, governmental institutions, international organizations, etc.;• Consulting the organisation development;• Managing the Board of organisation and organising regular meetings of the Board Members;• Regular reports on ongoing projects progress;• Dealing with all the official correspondence;• Submitting reports to tax administration and dealing with all the legal aspects of the organisation’s activities;• Coordination of the financial distribution of resources and control of the inner reporting after the sessions/events.
