This position helped me to develop my analytical and organizational skills, provided the understanding of how the worldwide business works and gave the opportunity to level-up my skill-set to deal with large sets of data. Working as a Process Lead I :• built and maintained the KPIs monitoring tool for analytical research for management team on machine performance (Power BI and Microsoft Excel) in form of PDCA cycle;• worked as part of Line Structure to help make correct data-informed decisions on raising KPIs;• developed the datasets in Power BI for further usage in reports to analyze performance on work-point level;• successfully conducted the project of business process improvement (RCO, SMED) with estimated cost saving of 20,000$ per year;• administrated the system of machine adjustments (Filter Making, then Secondary) on cell level (Centerlines);• administrated the business process of brand change (Filter Making, then Secondary) on cell level (Change Over);• administrated the process of improvement implementation (Filter Making, then Secondary) on cell level (Reapplication Management);• conducted trainings for colleagues on Loss Analysis, Initial Problem Solving (IPS), Unified Problem solving (UPS), Rapid Change Over (RCO) tools etc.;• was responsible for teaching the intern to perform duties of Process Lead;• was one of active members and contributors of Pillars;• participated in global meetings on Secondary Model Lines performance.

As an intern in Operations, I was responsible for DIM Waste reduction project on Filter Making production floor. It included the analysis of current manufacturing process and required validating the hypothesis to reach more effective business process, that would be reflected in cost. Besides, I participated in developing an OPEN+ methodology by creating educational materials for fixers and operators on machines (OPLs).
