Hi, I am Valeria, 23 years old leader, learner, and explorer. My experience includes around 8 years of volunteering: school government for 4 years - 2 years as a Head of Kyiv regional organization, 1.2 years at AIESEC - last position as a Team Leader of YouthSpeak Forum - a conference for 350 young people, 1,5 months of volunteering in Germany at the eco NGO, America House Youth Leadership Program, Integrity Leadership Summer School, Open University of Reforms, a counselor at the Peace Corps camp GLOW, Partnership Manager at ESN Kyiv and last but not least – Alumna of Global UGRAD Program - sponsored by US Department of State and currently I am an Erasmus + student at Ljubljana School of Business. My professional experience includes working as a Partnerships Manager at TechChill, Project Manager, and Event and Community Manager at UNIT.City, Partnership manager at LinkUpConferenceShow, Communications manager at CSO “Anti-corruption headquarters”, interpreter and teacher - more than 3 years of experience overall. I am proficient in English, and B1 in German and Spanish, right now I am learning French and Italian. My passion is communication. I love engaging with people and love being challenged. I love when I learn a lot. Love when I am creating creative solutions. Also, I am creating a community of changemakers - 1%. 1% - is an early-age startup that helps you maintain your mental health and point out the ways which will help you live the life of dreams - through the creation of healthy daily habits as well as creating a startup that will help immigrants quicker and easier integrate into the local communities via connecting with other expats through mutual activities.
