- Established coherent communications with the Members of Parliament of Ukraine, government agencies, media, civil society, opinion leaders and business to promote the establishment of Financial Investigation Service (FIS)- Coordinated Policy Talks project: ensured participation of high profile speakers and participants (officials, anti-corruption activists, business representatives), developed branding and provided event's promotion in social networks- Provided trainings on information organization and development of infographics to the Ministry of Finance's personnel- Responsible for the project’s internship program: involved 27 students to the Ministry’s Communications Department work- Prepared visual materials for promotion of Ministry of Finance of Ukraine reforms in social networks and online media (infographics, one-pagers, presentations, video editing)

- Designed and implemented outreach strategies to promote the establishment of Financial Investigation Service (FIS) in Ukraine and the reform of the State Fiscal Service (SFS)- Developed Ministry's social media strategy: fully relaunched Ministry's Twitter account, expanded the Ministry’s presence in social networks (launched Twitter account in English, LinkedIn page)- Launched #Fingramotnist (''financial literacy'') project in social media (Facebook, Twitter) aimed at communication of Ministry's reforms and increasing financial literacy- Developed Ministry's brand book, design of Ministry's monthly newsletter- Provided analytical and informational materials, talking points and briefs for the Minister and his advisor- Established communication with media representatives, organized press events (press-conferences, briefings, roundtables, off-the-records meetings)

- Provided communication support for more than 20 draft laws and deregulation activities developed in cooperation with Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Infrastructure, Ministry of Economic Development and trade and Ministry of Finance- Developing media strategy and analysis of Ukrainian information market- Fundraising for organization’s projects (writing project proposals, negotiating with project managers)- Responsible for internal communication and recruiting (economic, legal sphere, communications, PPP) - Reporting to the donor organizations (IRF, Atlas Network, Norwegian Embassy, WNISEF, etc.)- Organization of meetings with business representatives- Organization of the events (roundtables, press briefing)

I was leading the project concentrated on the idea of improving the English level and cultural understanding among Ukrainian orphans, getting in contact with international volunteers. As a Team Leader, I had the following responsibilities:- Selection and organization of the project's team- Development of the project plan and supporting materials- Communication with orphanages and other NGOs- Holding team building meetings with the team- Conduction of the interviews with possible participants, selection of participants- Provision of documentation and visa support- Communication with international local committees

Withing the project I occupied a position of Agenda Manager, having the following responsibilities:- Development of the agenda of an event;- Inviting speakers to participate in the events and generalize the main idea of their speech;- Cold calls to the participants of an event;- Designing presentations screened during the events.
