As an employee of OCS for over 18 months, I'm dispatched weekly to Iron Mountain Solutions in Drogheda; previously an ITRenew warehouse and office space acquisitioned by the company.I am the sole representative of the company in charge of maintaining excellent hygiene for over 30 employees (excluding guests) across 3 floors, including 9 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and many offices, as well as the car park and surrounding grounds. I work 4 hours daily and often cover other shifts in Drogheda on short notice, with positive remarks from site managers regarding my performance.I keep in close contact with OCS through my manager and frequently report any damaged equipment or resources in need of replenishment. I also maintain a good working relationship with the site manager and participate in company training such as Manual Handling and First Aid.I've also done commission work through my own initiative and with the site manager's interest to create custom digital paintings to decorate the reception area. As well as this, I've received permission to bring potted plants to decorate the premises, which I care for of my own accord as they have been confirmed to create a more pleasant working environment.

Working 6 hour shifts in an office attached to a book warehouse, I was tasked with managing the stock-keeping and acquisition of books by customers' private request. I learnt the protocol for locating requested books within a week and was allowed work unsupervised only days later, filling and correcting Excel spreadsheets for my manager.Biweekly, I joined outside hires for 7-9 hour shifts to unload pallets of books, coordinating with strangers to quickly and efficiently sort and distribute the products. Thanks to excellent communication and teamwork, we frequently finished our work an hour earlier than average.I left work as I had to travel to Ireland to continue my education, but received a bonus and much praise from my manager. They invited me to return next year, but I chose to look for work in Ireland instead.
