Physical Security And Investigation Officer
CurrentMain tasks and responsibilities:1. establish Physical Security strategy, ensuring compliance throughout legal and Company requirements and industry security standards;2. promote security culture by determining, maintaining and implementing security awareness program in order to deliver it to Company, BPs and subcontractors personnel;3. establish, maintain and implement Physical Security standard requirements in the context of Company Physical Asset Program aligning them with Business Units needed in order to ensure a suitable and balanced physical Asset protection that helps the Company execution strategy;4. establish, implement and maintain security procedures aligned with Company policies that allow to the Organization, its employees and stakeholders safer and more secure facilitating execution strategy system wide and enabling the business to be more effective in pursuit its objectives;5. Identify, analyse and evaluate risks that could affect the Company's assets by a permanent risk monitoring process;6. Perform GAP analysis to determine what steps might to be taken to reach desired security state;7. Determine, implement and maintain KPI's program in order to monitoring performance of Security Personnel, SCR operators and granting a timely management of Alarm System Monitoring, Incident Response and Security Awareness Program;8. Determine, implement and delivery a Security Awareness Program by TBT, Security Pillars and Tabletop Exercise to accomplish a good organization execution strategy developing cognitive and affective learning;9. Arrange investigations about incidents that affect physical assets, misconducts, improper and criminal behaviors, noncompliance of organizational values and operational requirements.
