• Performs as conversion team protagonist, the Cedacri's Mainframe Security changeover from CA-TSS to IBM-RACF (Jan 2014 - May 2015).• Provides complex technical analysis, administering and support of mainframe security in a large, complex Multi-LPAR RACF environment utilizing RRSF (RACF Remote Sharing Facility).• Administer and implement security controls and SSL certificates for all z/OS subsystems (CICS, DB2, MQ, OMEGAMON, etc.), using zSecure suite and native RACF commands.• Works with internal staff and customers to define customized access (using RBAC and Least Privilege methods), reports, and investigation solutions as required.• Participates in the research, analysis, design, testing and implementation of security/protection technologies for company information and systems/applications.• Performs periodic assessments of the operating system and infrastructure components security configuration to identify security vulnerabilities and provides remediation alternatives.• Promotes and assists analysis to identify security vulnerabilities and assess security risks to ensure compliance with company security policies and adherence to best practices.• Assists in mainframe security incident response activities and technical investigations of security-related incidents.• Supports Identity Management team in the continuous monitoring of privileges, in order to fix any toxic combinations.• Provides on-call assistance as required.• Has extensive experience in TSO/E and ISPF, z/OS JCL, Datasets, IBM utilities (DFSORT, IDCAMS, etc.).• Has good experience working with CA-Easytrieve, REXX and CLIST.• Has ability to work independently, problem solving skills, project planning, organization, time management skills and ability to multi-task.• Has excellent relational skills and coordination of activities with other agents and with management.• Has excellent customer relationship skills.• Good experience with OS Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
