Main activities:- Design and development of PLC programs for the control of large industrial plants based on TwinCAT, Codesys and using EtherCAT, CANopen, MODBUS RTU / TCP-IP and INTERBUS as field buses.- R&D to improve the production process by adding new algorithms, machine features and technologies, solving longstanding problems that had never been solved.- Design and development of custom machine sensors, from hardware (STM32 / ESP32) to firmware (C, C++), capable of providing information about machine vulnerabilities.- Design and development of a Windows-based software for the configuration of sensors (based on QT).- Redesigned the graphical interfaces for HMIs to provide customers with a better user experience.- Tuning of asynchronous/stepper motor drives.- Technical assistance to the customers.
