Specialistica AmbulatorialeMonthly sending and management of IT information flows assigned, according to deadlines and scheduling established by Lombardy Region:- flow for the reporting of outpatient and laboratory activities of 25 internal structures- flow for the reporting of child neuropsychiatry activity of 3 internal structures- flow for the reporting of first aid activities of 4 internal structures- bi-weekly transmission flow for the reporting of the volumes provided and booked for certain categories of visits and exams established by Lombardy region- flow for the reporting of the activity provided by general practitioners and paediatricians in the context of programmed home care- management and correction of administrative errors after the transmission of flows to the Lombardy region- management and correction of prescriptive appropriateness errors after the transmission of flows to the Lombardy region- sending the errors detected in the flows to the internal structures of the company for the correction of the data in the company databases- monitoring of data updates and sector regulations published by Lombardy region and consequent management of changes to parameters and tables in company databases- data extraction and creation of tables according to the rules of NOC inspectors for the creation of documentary material necessary for consequent control- management of the quarterly income statement on the productive activity linked to information flows in compliance with company objectives- management and updating of the various databases in Access for extraction of statistical data on internal structures, production values, central archive of flows, total errors present- management and control of the personal data on first aid cards databases for the correct alignment of the data with the values of transmitted flows- reports and various statistics also on flow data transmitted by other administrative offices
