Owned the vision and oversaw the implementation of Forbes Magazine's digital presence in Italy, with a focus on strategic planning and monetization ◦ Worked closely with the US mother company to create a range of products that bring the Forbes experience to a new target audience, while helping local sales and editorial teams do their job more efficiently day after day.

Teaching a course in product management for the media industry. During this year-long course, journalism students learn how to do build and market a new digital product, from user research to marketing strategies. Modules focus on different topics ranging from agile methodologies to UX design, social media management, and design-thinking techniques.

Oversaw the launch of VICE News in Italy as the website's first editor-in-chief ◦ Led a newsroom of in-house journalists and external contributors, working closely with the international team in Brooklyn, Paris, London, and Mexico City ◦ Experimented with innovative audience development strategies and covered underreported stories, bringing high-quality investigative journalism to a millennial audience.

Founded and edited the city's first online magazine dedicated to the Italian community ◦ Managed a remote newsroom of 23 contributors split between Berlin and Frankfurt ◦ Attracted more than 30 sponsors and made the business viable trhough advertising and event organizing, before selling it.
