- Provides detailed consultation and technical education to MoneyGram's partners and regional teams to determine integration/interface requirements for AgentConnect, Direct Sends partners, Biller and Money Transfer Data File partners. - Provides project management for the new installation of the integrated services including project plans, test plans, timelines and budget management. - Provides detail status reporting for each project as needed. - Works directly with the partner to create implementation and support plans.- Ensures the partner set-up in the production and test environments for AgentConnect partners, and as required, for other integration partners is accurate.- Prepares and executes final user testing for the AgentConnect releases.- Helps review and has input into the technical documentation/specifications for AgentConnect, Biller and Direct Send to ensure accuracy.

- Acts as an escalation point, providing leadership to other members of the TSC support teams as a senior-level specialist.- Responds to tickets from key business partners with direct integrations with MoneyGram, such as banks with Billpay or Account Deposit integrations. Collaborates with individuals from the business partners' IT department, corporate office, or 3rd-party service providers to gather all information necessary for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Urgent facilitation between business partner and MoneyGram IT.- Provides support for projects and initiatives, such as software upgrades/deployment or sales roll-outs.- Provides support to new hire training classes (assisting TSC trainer) and acts as a subject matter expert and mentor to new joiners within TSC group.

- Sanctions screening and document verification- Interface with multiple functional areas to investigate cases and acquire information- Review policies and procedures, regulatory compliance training for compliance withapplicable laws and regulations including Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)/Her Majesty Treasury (HMT), suspicious activity reporting (SAR) and know yourcustomer (KYC) regulations- Interpret evidence from multiple tools and systems to determine legitimacy ofcustomer behavior across multiple products- Maintain records, prepare filings and reporting information and metrics to bepresented to management- Develop and maintain product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business andprofessional skills by participating in on-the-role training and classroom training- Shares information required for the team to be successful- Demonstrate understanding of the client’s business needs or market and maintainshigh client satisfaction ratings- Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance by reviewingknowledge base content, practicing skills and being receptive to coaching andconstructive feedback- Assist with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs within thecustomer Service Level Agreement- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
