Contributed to the PAN-ROBOTS project (Seventh Framework Programme), conducted in collaboration with SICK AG, Elettric80, Unimore, VTT, University of Cluj Napoca, and ICCP. The project aimed at developing and validating an automated logistics system for modern factories based on advanced AGVs. It introduced a new generation of flexible, safe, and green AGVs with autonomous navigation and advanced sensor systems. Involved in the integration of a cooperative perception system combining onboard and infrastructure sensors, significantly reducing installation time and costs through a semi-automated plant exploration approach.
