I've been working in the healthcare sector, and in particular in the biomedical technology field, since 2005. My areas of interest are advanced Rehabilitation Technologies, Assistive Technologies for independence of people with disabilities and elderly people, and Ambient Assisted Living solutions. I've been managing several national and international (EU funded) research and innovation projects in the area of advanced Rehabilitation Technologies (including Robotics, Computer Assisted Rehabilitation, Virtual Reality and Tele-rehabilitation) as well as in Value-Based Healthcare. I've been dealing with the implementation of innovative solutions into the clinical practice.
