Valerio Pezzano, born in Rome in 1992, has dedicated his career to the world of online marketing since 2009, following the pioneers of this industry in the American market.In 2009, he founded Web Executive Web Solution, an agency that helped companies establish an online presence during the early days of web marketing.In 2014, he collaborated with Hotlead, one of the first Italian lead generation agencies. In that role, he managed the advertising department and the funnel strategies used for customer acquisition.In 2015, he launched Executive Affiliation, one of the first three affiliate networks in Italy, which generated a turnover exceeding €10 million, with over 100 advertisers and 200 active offers, involving a network of over 10,000 affiliates.From 2016, for several years, he managed various teams specializing in performance marketing and e-commerce, focusing on research and expansion into competitive markets with excellent margins (commission turnover: +€10 million).Since 2015, he has participated as an expert speaker in performance marketing and organized various live events, such as Digitalization and Creare Clienti, which attracted over 1,000 paying participants.In 2018, together with Gianluigi Ballarani, he launched the Creators Academy, where he taught specific courses on e-commerce and affiliate marketing.At the beginning of 2021, he took on the role of CMO at Hybrid Intelligence. It is a digital consulting company specialized in strategy, digital transformation, and performance marketing. Under his guidance, Hybrid Intelligence has launched several e-commerce projects such as Diabolique, Audrer, Monocromo x Jermeyville by Wilma Facchinetti, Giulia De Lellis, and Fedez (2022 revenue: €1.5 million).In September 2021, together with the Becreatives team, he launched matrix.farm, a technological platform for decentralized finance that evolved into EtFi in 2022, offering algorithmic market indices.In December 2021, as the Crypto & NFT Manager of Hybrid Intelligence, he launched Birdez Gang, the first NFT collection fully managed by Hybrid Intelligence, which sold out in just 24 hours, generating €500,000 in sales. In the following month, he launched GOAT Nation, another major success with sales totaling €2.5 million.In 2023, together with partner Paolo Bonetti, he founded Comprissimo: a company that specializes in SEO and artificial intelligence, the new frontiers of performance marketing.
