Welcome to my profile! When I started working, in the late 90s, I had lots of dreams and a path to create from scratch. I remember when I was 25, with my degree in my pocket, I was doing the inventory of a Catering company on 31st December. I was there trying to do things right but quickly, in order to get to my New Year’s Eve dinner party on time! In the years to come, I combined my natural interpersonal skills with a marked aptitude for mapping and assessing corporate processes, while developing managerial skills in a variety of contexts, from aeronautics, to luxury and the realm of services. Today I am vice president of a relevant business unit within an Italian aeronautic company. I'm the accountable manager and I have the P&L responsability. I started gaining experience in the field... or on the “ground", as some like to say. The objectives I have achieved have not fallen to me from the sky, but have always been the fruit of sacrifices and hard work. I believe that being a father is the hardest job in the world, but in second position, at a short distance from it, there is that of managing people. That is why, day by day, I try to engage and motivate my collaborators, constantly focussing on understanding their needs, time after time. That is because I believe that important goals can only be achieved by engaging the team.
