My personal skills and my attitude ever let me aspire a dynamic and challenging career so I decided to start the degree in a field that let me be able to reach these objectives and to have the Erasmus experience that let me improve my skills on team-working, communication, strategic thinking and problem solving. The days I lived in EY enhanced my attitude to work with creativity and in an organized way and let me understand the importance of the technologic transition, field that I deeply explored, starting from digitalization of the business processes, Digital Transition, RPA and being part of a tool development team in the ERP connectors and extractors module. In ADR I started a new adventure in the Organization Department with main focus on process engineering and organization development. I am currently working on the HR digital transition being PM of a layer of the process, staff sizing, HR staff budget and forecast, internal and external processes reenginering and corporate procedures definition and updating. look to the future with enthusiasm and will to achieve all my objectives.
