Enia is a subsidiary fully owned by Elisa. Enia is handling the customer outbound sales of Elisa's products and services. Target customers are existing Elisa's customers and potential new customers. My main product was Elisa Viihde in B2C sales. I mainly did cold calling and warm lists the whole 3 months.- I gained sales experience within a different organization- I focused on solving the customer's problems with the products and succeeded in my weekly goals on a regular basis in selling Elisa Viihde- I learned the meaning of trust the process in doing sales, without forgetting the customer.

DNA Oyj employs some of the sales agents through Rainmaker, where I was employed as rental employee.This was my first B2C sales position. My main product for the first month was DNA Mobile 4G -connections. During the summer I got more products added to my portfolio.
