In my current position i'm responsible for the Design and the Delivery of new feature build in three main areas: a web portal, a mobile app and the CRM (Salesforce).The main activities executed in a typical day are the following: - Manage relationships with the internal customer - Analysis of business processes and collection of functional requirements - Draw up the functional and technical specifications necessary for the development of the applications by the suppliers- Coordinate the activities of the suppliers in the development phase- Follow the deploy and delivery of the solution in different environments (SystemTest, IntegrationTest, Production)- Support the business in the testing and training phases

I work in Vodafone Automotive IT department into the factory responsible for implement and deliver the data analytics platform.I'm a member of the four team leaders responsible to manage the factory and i cover mainly two different roles.Capacity ManagerMy role is to plan and monitor our software development cycle, managing a technical portfolio of initiatives, ensuring they are delivered in time by managing the allocation of the resources in the team (Technical Project Managers, Analyst, Developers and testers). I'm also in charge for my factory to define or improve the processes in place to better interact with all the other teams involved (other factories, the integration or production teams) and resolve any possible issue that may prevent the team to deliver our projects. Project Manager and Technical AnalystIn this role I'm responsible for the technical analysis and project management of one or more initiatives in the portfolio. I prepare and provide Estimations, Gantts, Feasibility documents and Low Level Design documents to engage first the developers and after the testers on the solution. In the time i have been working for Vodafone Automotive the two main initiatives i have followed are: the upgrade to our systems to be compliant with the GDPR regulation and the development of a completely new product involving the usage of the most recent technologies like the Cloudera environment and mobile apps.The last project required also the coordination of external suppliers in addition to internal teams.

My position consists in guarantee the projects are delivered on time and within thebudget assigned, ensuring also a satisfactory level of quality for the customer.In addition I report promptly to my manager any criticity identified on the project(technical, in the planning or on resources).I manage the life cycle of a project executing of the following activities:● Requirements collection and analysis● Definition of technical annexes to the offer● Effort estimation for the implementation● Planning of implementation and test activities● Identify the best resources inside the team and assign them their tasks onthe project● Monitor the advancement of the activities● Verify the quality of the solution● Overseeing the technical aspects of the project● Communication with the customer regarding all aspects of the project● Collaboration with the sales account with regard to all aspects of managingthe relationship with the customerI regularly use the tools the company provides for:● Activity tracking● Monitoring the progress of projects● Planning of current activities or forecast activities
