I run all post production projects in Celebro – with a heavy focus on motion graphics design. I ran a small team with responsibility for preparing graphics assets for shows and live broadcasts. This includes generating live play projects for Casper Playout engine. We also have to edit and finalise non-live shows – working with clients to finish production to their specification. We use a variety of tools for this but predominately Blender and Adobe After EffectsIn this role I travel regularly to the USA where I also work across projects in LA and DC studios. The role involves a high degree of organisation with 8 studios all requiring daily input from our teams.

I worked across a variety of BBC outlets preparing video and graphics material for all of the BBC World Service news video output. This involves sourcing BBC material and re-editing in a different language or in some cases, creating a bespoke package or graphic from scratch. Working as part of a production team or, on occasion as a sole producer and designer, my creative work was showcased across the World Service and BBC Network including Newsnight.As a member of programmes launch team, I contributed to the launch of 5 new TV services including Russian, Turkish, Urdu and Swahili. I created daily editing workflows and media management as well as being responsible for training more than 40 journalists. I am very used to editing, designing and producing content across several languages as well as troubleshooting issues and subbing scripts for transmission.

I worked across all production and post-production projects within the company from large broadcast and film projects to smaller corporate projects for the web. During this time I designed and led the year-long project to create the Crossrail (Elizabeth Line) route map. This work is still used today. Other highlights include:Graphics Director: Great Persians – a 6 part series for BBC Persian TVThis was a major production that uses the latest in motion capture and green screen technology. Also designed the tiles and branding for the series as well as editing 3 episodes.Chief Designer: BBC – Word on the Street Produced branding titles and captions for this series as well as edit producing several key elements for the 40 part series.
