Main responsibilities:• Primary point of contact for the customer product team, multiple business trips on site in US colaborating directly with customer management, engineers, and verification teams.• Led, coordinated, and drove a cross functional team in the implementation of new requirements and resolve verification issues.• Arrange and conduct daily/weekly meetings with customers, retrospective meetings with team.• Managing internal team-members and remote colleagues.• Writing technical specification and documentation.• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.• Identifying the client’s needs, establishing and forming business and technical goals.Tech stack/tools:• Techniques​:​ Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall, SDLC• Project managing tools: Microsoft Project, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TFS• Bug tracking systems: Jira, Redmine, PivotalTracker, Internal Agile task tracking tools • Projects Platforms/Types: Desktop application, Mobile solutions, Web services and IoT
