TWLTI is a company authorized to sell and repair Seiko products such as watches, clocks, and timekeepers, among others.My task in the company was to report directly to the Cebu-OIC (the highest position in the Cebu satellite office). I review various reports and inventories submitted by the mall branches and report to the Manila main office on a daily or weekly basis.I also took part in organizing the work schedule of employees assigned in mall boutiques, not to mention covering some shifts when deemed necessary. I made sure that I regularly visited the different branches and oversaw their operations.Dealing with customer complaints was also part of my responsibilities.
