For the Netherlands company Growity, I developed trading tools and services for crypto-trades as a outstaff backend C# developer. The main solution is GrowityApp - Its high-loaded systems, that make market-making trading. The classic .Net microservice architecture with RabbitMQ, scalable NoSQL database - Cassandra, and front-end on VueJS.In this role, I have made a few feature microservices for calculation and statistics, implement OpenTelemetry by Jaeger to our services, and resolve a stack of problems of calculation accuracy and performance.

In this company, we provide cloud billing services for public transport systems in Russia. About 50.000.000 passengers per day in all regions, with all kind of transport.My role is to move outsourcing development processes to the company department. To reach this goal I started with deep learning of the existing code base and processes. During this time I have done a few features, like:- Payments by QR code in public transport- New microservice for automating fiscal reports of transactions- A lot of optimization of microservices interactions (like that funny case, when one of our servers was down on deserialization of 800mb JSON)- Some common works on the UI part with Vue.JSAfter 5 months we began to hire a team. I did about 50 interviews and the company has hired 10 people for our IT staff (analytics, programmers, and QA). With this new in-house team we consistently improved the existing platform service system and provide technical support for business customers.- Have created and managed the development department. - Leaded hiring processes for IT staff, and approved about 10 employees for the company. Also, I took a part in the hiring and onboarding processes of junior developers. Our team was about 10 people: PM, DBA, me as front and back lead, analytics, reports and integration developer, few junior developers.The result of my work was lunching expert system for EmerCom of Russia and the same system for RusHydro. Under my leadership, the product delivery became significantly faster and stable.
