Working with large corporate clients of gas, chemical and petrochemical industries (with revenues of more than 100 mEUR a year):- Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations with corporate clients (including with top officials of companies, decision-makers);- Deal structuring and writing Russian/English memorandum on the clients (including syndicated transactions) for approving and presentation deal on the credit committee;- Monitoring conditions of the transactions after conclusion of a deal;- Maintaining relationships with corporate clients and provide full support on all issues;- Performance targets to increase liabilities, loan portfolio and commission income of the Bank;- Chemical and petrochemical industries analysis.
