Leveraged the outstanding technological and operational results of our previous years to reinvest and grow surrounding teams, as well as create new added values and verticals for the company.Main activities included:• Lead Solutions architect, defined solutions per customer needs for all our major OEM products. • Developed automation SW and customized HW jigs to improve production and service procedures for complex OEM products.• Brought up OEM service department, SME / FAE team. Started SW development and presale operations.• Recruitment and training of multidisciplinary technical personal. Created internal training paths and ranking to onboard juniors efficiently, bringing them quickly to our specific standards.

Responsible for production operations, facility and day to day leadership by example of the integration teams. • Delivered tens of thousands of systems over numerous IT deployments and dozens of OEM projects for customer mostly from medical, defense, semiconductors, cyber and industrial sectors.Outstanding OEM projects during the period:- 3K+ rack-scale distributed storage nodes.- 20K+ medical ultrasound carts.- 1K+ datacenter hypervisor clusters nodes.- 3K+ medical diagnostic workstations.• Introduced dedicated OEM infrastructure operations. Implemented enterprise IT standards, monitored production floor, central deployment tools and cooperation platforms. • Greatly reduced paperwork and consolidated old school integration practices into a clear acceptance test oriented methodology. Drastically improved OEE and quality of all supplied products. • Constantly adapted with limited resources during rough shifts in the markets to maintain reliable operation, SLA and team drive.
