I manage a team of 45 internal members (organized in multiple teams with dedicated managers), extended with managed services and contractors.I am in charge of a yearly budget around 20 million CHF (CAPEX&OPEX summed up).

In my first 12 months, my job was to define a Data Strategy and implement it, while defining the Industry 4.0 strategy and building up a team from scratch. The Liebherr Mining Division builds and maintains machines used in mines all over the world, with Headquarters based in Colmar (France). As part of the internal IT department, my major responsibilities included:- Lead of all projects related to Business Intelligence for the Liebherr Mining Division- Requirements Engineering and Business Consultancy- Implement Cubes, Reports and Dashboard that are standard to the Liebherr Mining Division (Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, etc...)- Maintain and develop the Data Warehouses all over the world- Work closely with the Liebherr Mining affiliates all over the world (USA, Australia, Chile, Indonesia, Ghana, ...) and the Liebherr Information Services headquarters in Germany- Manage a team of two IT Engineers, with a functional link to people based in USA (two Business Analysts) and Australia (one Report Developer)- Lead internal SQL developments- In charge of the local Sharepoint environment and all related developments

Project : build up a Data Warehouse from scratch, and implement a strategy helping Key Users to get access to their data. - .NET programming on the homemade ERP System- Responsible for data consolidation, transformation and transfer to the company's head office. I have developed a self made ETL using SQL Server stored procedures for this project.
