Current• Office Management: Responsible for ordering office supplies and scheduling cleaning services. Manage relationship with the building’s property management office. Coordinate with technology consultant on any tech-support needs. Complete and submit any registrations for the organization. File insurance documents annually.• Scheduling: Schedule all meetings and events for the organization. Manage the calendars of the CEO and COO. Coordinate any travel logistics needed for employees.• Human Resources: Manage all on-boarding of new employees. Process any salary changes and bonuses. Draft policy changes, as need be. Run bi-weekly payroll. Coordinate any benefits needed.• Accounting: Input all bills, expenses, and credit card receipts into the QuickBooks system. Work with accounting firm to process financial reports and budgets. Provide any necessary documents to the audit firm for the annual audit. Pay monthly bills and credit card statement. Send and process annual dues invoices to member companies.• Communications: Manage communication with Directors’ assistants. Draft emails and memos from CEO/COO to Directors. Assist with drafting/editing of any public communications and releases.• Board Meetings: Schedule all board meetings. Prepare the board room prior to the meeting day. Create board packets for meetings. Draft any votes and financial statements needed for board meetings.• Lobbying: Prepare registrations and lobbying reports for the organization and registered clients. Pull accounting reports for preparation of bi-annual lobbying reports.• Research: Conduct research on topics pertaining to MACP’s core initiatives.
