I’m a very driven individual. For the last 25 years I have thrived and have come up thru the ranks of 3 local credit union, starting as an entry level teller and progressing to Branch Manager. I held the number one branch ranking position for sales and service for over two years. I've had 24 years experience in processing, underwriting and making decisions on consumer loans. 22 of those years I have been in a management position. I worked hard to develop management skills and have used my love of helping others to manage in a way that makes others want to follow me. I’ve worked with every type of personality and have always found a level of commonality. I’m perceptive and enthusiastic about what I do. I lead by example and can perform any task that I ask of others. I inspire my team by building pride in a job well done and self improvement of their individual skills and talents. My objective is to continue to build my skill set; to enjoy my life by way of a self satisfying career and to be a benefit to my employer and my family alike. I plan to enjoy the life I have built with my family and doing something I believe in for a living is an important part of that. I’m passionate about helping others even when the task seems difficult, I’m still the person for the job.
