The Website Personalization (WP) product generates 300,000 incremental conversions each month for our clients by delivering personalized interactions on their sites. My focus:• Discussing and implementing business & technical requirements for clients nationally and abroad.• Putting highly-specific business rules into action using behavioral scoring algorithms to trigger real-time interactions for visitors of world-class client web properties. • Creating customized interactions in close coordination with clients and the IgnitionOne Account Management & Implementation Teams.• Using product interest and likelihood to convert to serve more appropriate and efficient messaging through email and media channels.
