Follow up and responded to training questions and escalated issues. * Implemented and led newly formed monthly Lunch and Learn Sessions - open to all employees in a casual group setting on relevant topics to promote open discussion among leaders and employees. • Trained and certified employees to facilitate diversity workshops for all employees.
