Manage accounts to protect optimal cost configurations- establishing wireless corporate policies and guidelines for price negotiation, fair usage, account access, hardware, approval flow, privacy, security, warranty and travel. My responsibilities included hiring of all chosen applicants, setting up all new hires in our system, creating all internal/external job requisitions, organizing meetings and preparing power point presentations for District Mangers and Branch Managers. I was responsible for all filing, emails and time sensitive reports to be delivered to the Area Director and District Mangers as requested as well as prepare all warning letters, performance improvement plans and record or discussions to be sent for approval to be presented to employees. I assisted the District Managers in controlling delinquent accounts and control all gain/loss reports, setting up conference calls, organizing out of town meetings/catering and creating invites for these company functions. I had to ensure the Continuity of Business was updated as per audits standards and complete a quarterly review on each branch. My duties also included daily tracking of numbers to be sent out to the district employees as well as manage all monthly, semi-monthly and quarterly reporting to ensure it is completed on time and then compiled and sent to the Area Director.
