- Support mechanical area with company's ISO 9001, AS9100 & ISO13485 Quality Management System.- Structural painting operations in chassis and mechanical structures.- Apply clear coting to PCBoard product for conformance including but not limited to: assembly, chassis, physical configuration, proper hardware installation, external appearance.- Assembling and repair doing small projects directly for Harris engineering for programs like Avior, Met and Fasttrax according to drawings.- Test finished goods, In-process units, for proper functionality of the product using tools: Microscope, Digital Calipers, Scales, Digital Multimeter and Fixes gages.-Inspect ready to pack or packed units. Ensure units are packed per packing instructions and customer requirements. Ensure all paperwork is included in the product, boxed properly and palletized.
- FIFO inventory – Certifications: Bonding, IPC-620, Torque, Routing and Press Fit.
