Team management:Effectively supervised, empowered, and led a diverse team of 7 individuals at The Student Success Center. Managed and guided tutors, student workers, and an Administrative Compliance Assistant. Conducted training sessions to ensure the professional growth and development of the team members.Instrumental in co-creating an innovative model to deliver personalized assistance to students facing academic challenges. In support of the Hispanic Serving Institution Grant (HSI) objectives: to increase GPA, Graduation, and Retention rates. Responsible for working with PO undergraduate students to help them in selecting appropriate academic pathways. Oversight of tutoring and mentoring services; lending library (equipment and textbooks) providing training to graduate student employees; assisting with creating and implementing professional development activities; and working closely with the IT department on data elements for the project. In charge of creating and managing social media content, to create awareness and increase student engagement.

• Responsible for recruiting students for the Admissions department. Set and conduct virtual and on campus consultations while tracking and documenting all communication with new inquiries, applicants and current students using Sales Force and Campus Vue.Follow up with admitted and current students to ensure successful completion of their designated programs.Provide excellent customer service to all perspective and current students throughout the admissions process.Assist and coordinate on campus events, information sessions, open house and attend transfer fairs.

Responsible for recruiting qualified applicants to the institution in accordance with state, federal accreditation and Mt Sierra College policies and regulations. Conducting high volume of phone contacts to prospective and future students. Generate personal referrals, schedule and conduct interviews. Domestic and International high school presenter, attended over 100 college fairs, community fairs and presentations in the Los Angeles County. Worked closely with the local Chamber’s of Commerce, City Mayors, and businesses to promote the college. In charge of all campus events and managed all social media platforms.
