Planning/Scheduling works using Primavera P6

• Supervise Contractor’s/subcontractor’s construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning work for required Quality, Schedule, Budget and adherence to Project Drawings/Documents, International Standards and Safety Regulations• Ensures Piping work, mechanical equipment, systems and new projects are constructed, installed, tested and commissioned in line with best practices and standards, project specifications and the highest HSE and quality standards;• Plan, Schedule, Review and coordinate manpower, equipment lists, material specifications, purchase requisitions, and other documents related to project execution;• Review & correct joint marked up, cutting plan of marked up isometric drawing with joint change request (JCR) submitted by subcontractor, line list data, material specification & other details of Issued for Construction (IFC) Isometric drawing;• Performs material take offs prior to the purchase requisitions for the projects and reports any irregularities or discrepancies to the project management, Prepares Monthly Physical Progress Report for invoice;• Evaluates quotations obtained from different suppliers & subcontractors, ensures quantities and specifications are in line with tender and projects specifications;• Perform test package review, data correction, drawing revision, punch list welding and summary report, and other documentation verification requirement;• Assists the development, maintenance and monitoring of the project schedule and progress, commissioning and start-up activities, progress measurement and control for commissioning start-up, and performance test;• Prepares Bill of Materials for Additional Lines, material and consumables requisition, manpower and equipment monitoring and work progress status report for Maintenance/Mechanical department;• Prepares daily welding Inspection report, NDE request and result, as built drawing, quantity survey and cost estimate.

 Prepare work orders, job orders, plans & technical specifications, quotations, purchase requisition, and other documents of proposed and approved projects under Planning Design & Construction Division; Supervise/monitor/follow up expansion and upgrading projects, Checked /supervise materials/assembly/fabrication, Supervise-Trench excavation, Supervise pipe laying/Installation, Conduct/supervise hydro testing activity, Conduct/supervise dis-infection activity Prepare & submit Project accomplishment report to Division Manager/General Manager; Prepare/assign personnel daily work/activities in the absence of Division Manager. Prepares Annual Budget & Procurement Plan per instruction from Div. Manager. Attends Bids & awards committee meetings as Technical member, evaluate bids & sign award recommendation documents to the head of procuring entity. Attends Board Meetings in support to Div. Manager or in the absence of Div. Manager on division concerning matters. Prod. Div.: Do computer works (maint. forms and other documents)* Do drafting works (Proposed projects, equipment parts for maint.)* Prepares materials requisition (purchase/store) for approved projects work orders, and Pump station supplies needed* Prepares work orders of proposed project and equipment parts for maintenance;* Operate pump equipments at assigned pump station (as pump operator).* Conduct regular Monthly Pump discharge test at operating pump station. * Prepare Monthly Report on Pump Test and Fuel-Oil consumption; * Do other works/task assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor/Div. Manager/General Manager.

* Do the cost estimate of prospective projects (Boiler repair, retubing, chimney,cylindrical tank fabrication and piping installation).* Prepare checklist of materials, tools, & equipments needed in the Bid-winning projects.* Do the lay-outing and supervise the fabrication of on going projects.* In charge in the over-all supervision of the project.* Prepare accomplishment report presented to the Chief Engineer and General Manager for evaluation.
