Valme Sileste Kruger obtained her first IT qualification by self-study in 1990. Over the years she has amassed a wealth of valuable IT skills.In 1999 she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey and registered her own IT business. She has had a very practical learning curve in business management. In 2005 she registered her current IT business which she manages.Being self-employed has taught her valuable business to business networking skills, as well as how to interact and engage with clients on various levels. She has also built up the skills required to manage employees and teams that she works with.
